TI Uganda’s governance is divided into 3 main organs:

The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the organization and comprises all members of the organization. The General Assembly convenes annually to receive updates on the organization,

discuss critical governance issues, the programme and financial strategies of the organization.

 

The Board of Directors is the policy formulation and supervisory unit of the organization. The Board’s tasks and responsibilities include reviewing and updating policies, approving the program plans and budget of the organization, monitoring progress and assisting in fund raising campaigns as well as mobilizing for membership.

 

The Secretariat is the technical and implementation arm of the organization. Under the general supervision of the Board, the Secretariat carries out the day to day operations of the organization. An Executive Director heads the Secretariat as Chief Executive Officer assisted by programme staffs.
